I've talked about several treatments for Candida on this website. One of the questions I often get asked via my contact form is if there are any books I recommend for the treatment of Candida. I've read most of the popular ones and the one that stands out most to me is the downloadable book by Linda Allen, who is a Nutritionist and former Candida sufferer, like myself.

Linda's well-written and to the point book outlines a five-step method of attacking the Candida overgrowth without the use of pharmaceutical drugs. It's a completely natural approach, like I've always pushed for on this site. It explains how to cleanse yourself of the Candida overgrowth, including what foods are best for killing the yeast. The section about the dietary foundation of a good Candida-killing regime is one of the most dead on accurate explanations I've read in any book. She includes some some bonuses with the book like "Nature's Cures" and "The Healing Power of Water", but the real gem is the main book, "Yeast Infection No More." If you're going to be buying a book on Candida, I would highly recommend checking out Linda's book. It's downloadable from the internet which means you don't have to wait several days for it arrive.
